La pulizia è parsa approssimativa, con presenza di molta polvere: ho segnalato subito il problema al gestore che mi ha garantito avrebbe inviato la mattina seguente il personale per la pulizia (risposta molto celere e super apprezzata) ma purtroppo al rientro in stanza non ho trovato miglioramenti. In bagno è presente una doccia di dimensioni ridotte chiusa in parte da una tenda non sufficiente a evitare che l'acqua fuoriesca quando si utilizza; la porta d'ingresso è bucata, parte del muro rovinato dall'umidità... in generale manca della corretta manutenzione e cura nonostante ci sia molta attenzione per la scelta di oggetti d'arredamento molto belli e ricercati. Manca infine un'indicazione al piano di quale sia effettivamente l'appartamento.
ITSiamo stati una sola notte. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal castello e dal centro. L' appartamento è luminoso, pulito con tutto il necessario.

USLocation is amazing, right in the middle of town, and can still walk down the hill to the lake, about 0.8km. Easy checkin. Apartment is very beautiful, nice high ceilings. Loved using the kitchen, and there is a Carrefour Express right around the corner. We had 2 adults 2 kids with us, the kids slept on the sofa bed that extended out - was definitely enough for them but would have been tight it we had 4 adults. Only negative is that we are from the US and traveled in August - the air conditioning was okay but not in the bedroom. This is more of our intolerance for heat than a shortcoming of the apartment :) We had a small WiFi issue, but with the owners (property management company) came to fix within a matter of 15 minutes - amazing service. NLWiFi and Airco didn't work. The problems were not resolved during the stay

No air conditioning - advertised as having this but it was broken. Small shower that was badly designed so water everywhere.
