Nem volt teljesen pontos a hely, ahol keresnem kellett a kulcsot. De rövid időn belül megtaláltam, így nem kezdtem el aggódni. Ha ezt fel lenne tüntetve, tökéletes lenne.

The only good things were the location, the kitchen, and the bathrooms in their design.

A lot of things. The most important being mosquitoes, they were everywhere. Every night I had to go on a hunt to kill them all, only to be woken up in the middle of the night with buzzing in my ear and mosquito bites all over my arm. We tried closing all the windows and our bedroom door, and even after yet again killing all the mosquitoes in the apartment, they still somehow managed to find ways to get in. I believe they got in through the AC vent which leads outside or the bigger ventilation shaft in the kitchen. In the furthest corner of the bedroom where we stayed there is a very strong smell of old sweaty socks which also smells like heavy old damp. There was nothing there to cause the smell, and I believe this is what the mosquitoes were attracted to. This made it impossible to sleep at night undisturbed and every night we found new bite marks on us even after jumping through the hoops to get rid of the mosquitoes. The walls in every room have bloodstains from the mosquitoes which were killed by the previous guests. Photos attached. This sounds crazy, but the property owners didn't even bother cleaning them which shows that they are fully aware of the issues at the property and have done nothing at all to resolve them. This is bizarre. The shower barely works. The water pressure is non-existent and is only barely enough to stand and be sad under it. The floors were dirty with previous renovation works, leaving marks and not having been properly washed out. The bathrooms have no way of being ventilated apart from simply having the door open. You can open the window in one of the bathrooms, but then you invite more mosquitoes to the feast. I couldn't open any windows or the balcony door because mosquitoes would swarm instantly. The beds were small, narrow, short, very cheap and light, meaning they would slide every opportunity they got, which made turning at night very loud and disturbing.

Nothing in particular

The air conditioner in the second bedroom was not functioning. I reported the issue immediately upon discovery. Maintenance staff inspected the unit and confirmed the malfunction; however, they stated that repairs could not be carried out until January 5th due to the Christmas holidays. As a result, the room was not usable as advertised. When I asked what alternative solutions would be provided, I was told that I could use the blankets supplied, which I consider an inadequate and unacceptable solution for the inconvenience caused.

Location was ideal and we were positively surprised with the apartment - spacious, 2 bedrooms, everything was functional, all the kitchen amenities etc. Stores and shopping centers are nearby and taxis to st. julians / valetta are cheap.

we needed a few minutes to find the exact building as the entrance door isn't specifically marked, but once we found it, everything went smoothly, even though our arrival was earlier than expected.
