Las Damas - Aloturin Benidorm

Great view, nicely kept apartment, great location, lovely staff.

No air con or ceiling fans, shower needed updating as the doors were difficult to shut easily and the angle of the shower head couldn't be adjusted but all else was great.

We picked keys up from office.you and your staff have been exceptionally supportive, kind and caring we couldn't of asked for more from you all the view was spectacular as usual this is are 3rd stay .the relaxing chairs in the room were amazing and all amenities were met.

The room was well below standard and had cocaroaches made themselves known .we purchased spray ,disinfectant, bleach and other bits to clean the place thoroughly. The room needed cleaning in bathroom and needed grouting throughout shower,toilet and sink .in kitchen the edging behind cooker was rotted .the mismatch in living space was grotty and one bed had bowed .its a real shame as with a few tweeks this would have been perfect .

It’s very close to the sea, had very good kitchen appliances, and a beautiful view.

The toilet is partly blocked by the sink, and we had a cockroach.

The Location on the seafront was superb, the apartment block is mainly residential so therefore quiet, facilities in the apartment were good with washing machine, combi microwave, fridge/freezer etc.

No air conditioning, fresh towels halfway through the week would have been nice.
