TRI love the location, the responsiveness to messages and the cost effectiveness. There was some sort of value for money in terms of pricing. I love the availability of functional basic facilities like kitchen equipment and washing machine.
I didn't like the complicated check-in. The check-in instruction assumed that all guests would easily understand that the entrance is not gate where the number of the property is written. It was difficult to figure out the entrance. I didn't like the fact that the host was not reachable on the phone. The only means of communication was through booking.com messages. That was a bad experience for me. I didn't like the fact that I struggled with the room heating not regularly working. That was challenging for someone coming from Africa. I had to request on a number of occasions for the room to be heated. I didn't like the bed. It wasn't comfortable. The host can do better.
