Amazing location and decor, also, it had everything including a gym, pool and onsite hamam and massage.

Everything was perfect

Nous avons adoré cette belle adresse dans la médina et la recommandons chaleureusement à toutes les personnes souhaitant passer un merveilleux moment dans un Riad plein de charme. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est délicieux. Et le bassin chauffé un vrai plus pour apprécier une baignade après une longue journée.

We had a terrible experience at Riad La moussine. We booked a premium room, which looked beautiful. However, we soon realised that it was next to an electricity generator who was on all day and night. During the night, it was impossible to sleep, as the generator would switch on and off every few minutes making loud noises. For two consecutive nights we could not sleep at all, waking up multiple times. We reported it on both night and the people at reception said they would ‘make some calls’. Although they were nice and polite, they were very inexperienced and didn’t solve the issue. The management was no where to be seen, and when I asked to contact us, we never received any communications. Eventually, for our third and last night, we booked a different riad, and we finally had a comfortable night sleep.

This Riad failed us: we just wanted a comfortable bed to sleep at night and enjoy Marrakesh during the day. Because of the constant noise of the electricity generator, we had to move out to a different property.

Le matelas du lit une personne trop dur. Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre sûrement dû aux pluies.
