USThe kitchen & bath were updated nicely
It still needs some work, the exterior looked to be in the midst of updating. It’s an older house divided into 3 or so apartments. The furniture was sparse, could use some decorating & styling. No central air so could use ceiling fans and bedside lamps in the bedrooms. Also the linens were Walmart quality and mattresses were uncomfortable. Shower needs a good scrub down, especially where the floor and wall meets.
