ROThe location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, even though it got a bit loud at certain points due to the bars underneath, the room was very well isolated so I couldn’t say it created any problems for us.
DEThe place is just next to beach side. You can jump in and go to the building super fast. Clean place Good internet and TV media is fine. Location is super good!
As this is not a hotel, doesn’t matter how many days you stay towels will not get changed at all. And normally I wouldn’t mind that but going to the beach everyday, you will need to have fresh towels and a bit of clean up in the room. Again, as this is not hotel you can’t leave easily your stuff if you need to check in early either have an space to Leave your space when you check out. As the landlord is away he tried to manage spontaneously this and sometime might not work.
GBOur first room was a balcony room for which we paid extra. This was room 3 and was very comfortable, good size and amenities. Great location too, not too loud even though a restaurant and bar outside. A shame smoking allowed on balcony as next door’s smoke wafted to our balcony and into our room.
The balcony room wasn’t available on our last night so we moved to smaller room (1). We were fine with this but it was a much smaller room and shower room plus a small window. Unfortunately, this was also a very noisy room with the bar directly below which stayed open till 2.30am with lots of noise and singing. We were so tired the next morning. The plumbing also caused a problem as the shower room flooded which was unfortunate.
NLGBGBVery happy with our 2-night stay at these apartments. Excellent location with quick access to fantastic restaurants and shops in old town, sea and ferry terminals. The apartment was clean, tidy, and almost new with a private bathroom with cold/hot showers, wifi. Clean sheets and towels were provided. Good selection of tea/coffee and a small fridge. The apartment had AC and a window which opened. Host was great with communication and even allowed us to vacate an hour late. We will highly recommend this place. Value for money.
