Madrid Private Rooms - Ferrer

Location is amazing if you want to be right in the middle of Malasaña, hipster neighbourhood. Great for those wanting nightlife, LGBT friendly, bars, reataurants and shopping. Room and bathroom were very clean, hosts were responsive and responsible. Wifi worked well, and I liked how we had kitchen access.

Although the bedroom was very clean, the pillows were kind of like sofa throw pillows and not very comfortable for sleeping. I would have liked to have access to laundry, but ai understand the house rules as it seems like some people are living in the apartment too. If you want a quiet location, this might not be the location for you as it's right in the center of party central.

It was close to the Tribunal metro station that allowed travel to most of the important sites. It was comfortable, clean, and had all of the amenities you would need.

The only issues were the proximity to a loud night club that did not close until 6 am and the shower did not drain well.

La ubicación muy buena. La habitación está bien, la cama muy cómoda y los baños aún compartidos muy limpios todo el tiempo. Hemos estado muy agusto.

Hay mucho ruido fuera todas las noches pero es esperado, ya que es pleno Malasaña.

As janelas não eram anti ruído e como fica localizado numa rua muito movimentada, com bares e discotecas que funcionam a madrugada inteira o barulho incomodou para dormir.

Very private and clean!

Like many reviews mention, the walls were very thin. However, I knew that going in and managed my expectations. I stayed during the week so it was relatively quiet.

L'emplacement, la propreté des lieux, et le confort de la chambre.

La rue était un peu bruyante (uniquement 10 à 15 minutes), ce qui n'est pas étonnant au vu de l'emplacement de cet appartement.

Posizione, camera pulizia in generale, letto comodo, camera abbastanza grande e comoda

Acqua non sufficiente calda in bagno (problema dunque per le docce più di 10 minuti) asciugamani puliti ma non molto profumati, check in in posto diverso rispetto a dove prenoti (quindi non sai la via esatta fino all’ultimo minuto), aria condizionata non funzionava (io non sono riuscito ad accenderla)
