Замечательная организация! Снимал номер в Dusit Grand Condo View на 20 дней. Номер передали в идеальной чистоте, кондиционеры работают превосходно. 31 этаж, из окон открывался замечательный вид на Паттайю и море. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Моя оценка 10/10, планирую вернуться следующим летом. И сам район Джомптьен очень понравился - до центра близко на тук-туке, а по ночам тихо и спокойно. Превосходно! И отдельное спасибо Вадиму!

The management staff was top notch! Check in and check out was fast and efficient.

Very nice Condo; we stayed in 1209. Two items need to be addressed: 1. The mattress needs a topper or to be replaced. 2. The drains appear to not have a P trap and the smell of sewage in the bathroom is quite intense. Perhaps the line just needs to be cleaned? Regardless, it needs to be corrected. Otherwise, an excellent stay!

Check-in and check-out were friendly, but the overall process is far more complicated than what’s standard in this building. While other companies simply offer keycard pickup and drop-off, this one required me to schedule specific check-in and check-out times, pay a 3,000 THB deposit, and settle water and electricity charges separately (6 THB per unit). This kind of micromanagement is not at all suited for short stays or international guests looking for flexibility. At check-in, I was told that the 1-bedroom unit I had booked via Booking.com was no longer available. Instead, I received an “upgrade” to a 2-bedroom apartment, with the master bedroom locked – effectively giving me a bigger but awkwardly divided space. The apartment itself was run-down, sticky, humid, and smelled bad, with strong odors coming from the kitchen sink, bathroom, and even the curtains. The atmosphere felt neglected and unhygienic – everything had that “schmuddelig” feel (dirty, grimy, and poorly maintained). I booked for 5 nights and requested a mid-stay cleaning (charged 500 THB). The cleaner sprayed heavy perfume throughout the apartment to cover the humidity, but the trash wasn’t removed, so I had to take it out myself. The bed was in particularly poor condition – stained, potentially moldy, and possibly even showing signs of fungal growth. No laundry detergent, no kitchen sponge (even though dishwashing liquid was supplied), no kitchen towel or paper, and none of the promised amenities like a hairdryer, drying rack, or iron were present. There was also no place to hang laundry at all. Upon check-out, I was charged an excessive 950 THB for electricity and water, despite only using one air conditioner during sleep hours and being away from the apartment most of the day. In my opinion – and based on my 7+ years of living in Thailand – this charge was unreasonably high. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with a rental property in all my years here.

The apartment is quite spacious by Asian standards and conveniently located near the beach and the night market.

A deposit is required for electricity, and upon checkout, all appliances are inspected in front of you — including the kitchen hood, which we never even used. For 15 days of stay and moderate use of electricity and water, we were charged 2,100 THB based on the meter readings. All appliances were working when we checked out, but no one informed us during check-in that we should verify everything ourselves for proper functionality. The apartment does not fully match the photos — some of the furniture is simpler, and the place clearly needs renovation (at least for the past two years). The location is great, but we probably wouldn’t choose this apartment again
