We have 2 different units in this building, both have similar furniture but different floor plan and both are 2 bed 2 bath ocean views. By booking this listing you can potentially be put into the other unit, other unit is equipped with a king bed and 2 full beds, dining area is an island with high chairs. "Nice property, great location- uncomfortable renting situation"

Great location. Nice apartment, clean, comfortable

Felt like a criminal. Not allow to use main entrance. You are subject to a fine if you ask any employee a question. No response to text asking how to leave keys in apartment when leaving when key was needed to access parking floor.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Lots to do within walking distance.

A lot of hype about building rules kind of makes you feel like a second class citizen. Also, the whole way in which the deposit is collected and returned is a bit sketchy…

The condo was in excellent shape & met our needs. The scenery was beautiful & was in a safe location. Most of it was a walking distance to the ocean, shopping & restaurants.

Can't complain about anything.

It is very well located with beautiful views. The communal facilities are very good with fitness centre, pool, spa and gas BBQ. The apartment was very clean. The bathrooms are spacious.

The overall accommodation is a little tired.

Great location, nice ocean views since its a corner unit. Walking distance to pretty much everything - shopping, groceries, conv center and downtown LB. Cleaned well.
