A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00: EUR 25,00 - From 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 50,00 Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Please note that the use of air conditioning is optional and comes at a charge of EUR 10 per day. Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. A deposit may be required at the property.
