Villa Cornelia, Ponte de Lima

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles, la decoración muy cuidada y la piscina y el exterior muy disfrutado tanto por nosotros como nuestros peludos. Con muchos servicios cerca para ir andando ( panadería, farmacia, restaurantes...). Muy cerca del pueblo Ponte de Lima.

La dureza de las camas. Y el exterior tiene los portales abiertos, lo que es peligroso para niños y animales.

The staff is amazing! Ana and Liliana could not have been more wonderful and kind! The hotel, grounds and view are gorgeous! The spa is amazing! The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a luxurious touch! And the breakfast was over the top!

There was nothing not to like about this place and people!

בית כפר ששופץ בטוב טעם. משמר היטב את האווירה הכפרית, יחד עם אבזור מושלם. ניכר שהמארחים חשבו על כל פרט. מצאנו ביחידת האירוח כל מה שדרוש לחופשה הכל, בנדיבות רבה. המיקום נהדר. בפאתי פונטה דה לימה. באיזור של כרמים ושדות.

It’s a very nice apartment on the 1st floor of an old rural house (the ground floor currently is not in use; there are two more apartments in Villa Cornelia but they are located in another, separate part of building ). It perfectly combines an old style with modern amenities. One enters the apartment directly into a dining room with a big table. From there one can enter into: - Two bedrooms (one is slightly bigger than the other), each with a double bed and a kind of an open-wardrobe.; - A living room with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower. - A large kitchen fully equipped with a big fridge, a cooker, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. All necessary dishes, cutlery, pots etc. are provided. Both bedrooms and the living room are airconditioned. There’s a small private terrace with a table and chair, but no shade. There’s a wash machine in the common area available for guests. Guests of all three apartments can also use a private parking, a garden and a swimming pool. We used it extensively since the temperature during our stay was around 30 C . Prior to arrival we received the arrival details and a link to the on-line check in. Upon arrival there was a person waiting for us to hand over the keys. On the departure day the car we rented broke down and it took more than half a day to arrange a new one, but the owner was so kind to allow us to stay in the apartment until we got the new car and could finally leave late in the afternoon.

There’s only one think one can complain: the apartment is located by a quite busy road. It’s not too noisy, especially as the windows although are not completely sound-proof are protecting quite well against noise, but if someone is looking for an accommodation in a remote localization Villa Cornelia may not be the best choice for him/her.

Sehr schönes Grundstück mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Haus war sehr individuell und liebevoll renoviert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die angrenzende Straße war relativ stark befahren. Es hat unserer Erholung aber keine Abbruch getan.

La casa y las instalaciones son maravillosas, todo es bonito, cómodo y con un gusto exquisito. Nuestro dúplex era enorme para pasar varios días y precioso. El jardín es una gozada con la piscina y tanto espacio.

Aunque la casa es maravillosa la ubicación no es nada agradable al estar pegada a la carretera con muchísimo tráfico lo que, además de incomodidad, genera mucho ruido todo el día. Fuimos con nuestra perrita y salir varias veces al día con ella de paseo era bastante peligroso e incómodo por la carretera. La piscina es fantástica pero coincidimos con una familia con niños que se adueñaron de la piscina y no pudimos disfrutarla prácticamente nada, una pena dado el buen tiempo que nos hizo y lo agradable que es.
