Casa Margherita Cefalù - Villa con accesso privato al mare

Très grande maison avec terrace et jardin avec arbres fruitiers. Accès à la plage en 5 minutes. L'hôte Aldo répond rapidement.

Beaucoup de moustiques mais pas de mousticaires. On n'a donc jamais pu ouvrir les fenêtres. Les lits et oreillers étaient trop mous à notre goût. La cuisine est très petite pour une si grande maison. Il y a beaucoup trop de clés distinctes et trouver le bon interrupteur pour les lumières est tout un défi. Finalement, l'heure d'arrivée (18h) est ridicule. Heureusement, Aldo nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt sns frais.

The location of the villa is the key factor of this property. private entrance to the beach (abt 3min on foot) the breeze and views in the night and mornings is incredible. we had cars so communication to cities and shops was very easy. the house is slightly old and a bit neglected but some would call it rustic. nonetheless the vibe was cozy and homey. A/C helped a lot when it was very hot. nice outside area and garden. parking spots for 2 cars easily.

I am very understanding so its good that i type this review and not my friends that i had the booking with... first thing: lots of extra fees if you need something like earlier check in or towels (5euro a towel?) or taking out the trash (15euro if you cannot take it out yourself at the end of the stay and the containers are tiny plus each type of trash is taken one day a week only - we had to take the trash with us to void this payment???) not mentioning the threat on the fridge that if you cannot sort the trash the right way a 100euro fine can be applied??? and more of random payments so we had to stay on our toes to not pay any extra. that really stressed out everyone. another thing the host is probably in another country just doing everything remotely so he has cameras out and inside, the one inside can be turned off but the one outside looking right at the main outside dining area cannot, i understand safety but it just felt weird. I think all the negatives are due to poor management/greediness on the side of the host. the house and localization was perfect.

La casa è grande, accogliente e in una posizione strategica. Estremamente comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia, piacevole da vivere sia negli spazi interni che esterni.

Blisko morza. Plaża bez tłumów. Cisza spokój. Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Cefalo - cudowne urokliwe miasteczko. Właściciel bardzo pomocny 🤩🤩🤩

The house is extremely spacious, spotless clean and with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Even though air con is available in all bedrooms, we did not use them during the day as the house is very fresh, especially the table outside under the pergola where we had lovely lunches and dinners al fresco. The private access to the beach is awesome - at this very spacious and quiet beach there is plenty of space for everyone and no need to stress about having to go early to find a spot. There is a lovely bakery at 2 mins driving distance where we bought lovely stuff for breakfast each day. Aldo is a great host, very friendly and always available to chat and help, and gave us plenty of useful “local” tips. We loved our stay and planning to go back again next year!

Nothing, this is a fantastic place

Next to the beach, had whole house, had a great outdoor area. A true beach house.

All was great. Just improvements: too many keys, late check in: 6pm was the earliest, but host let us check in at 3:30 at no charge.
