Top floor studio -Villa Ibiza

The place was great beyond expectations. The position is fantastic as very central but also very quiet. The view is spectacular. The host left water, coffee and the loveliest tea selection for guests. We were very happy with our accommodation and would highly recommend it!

The sheets would have been better if they were cotton and a few more ceramic mugs

The property is incredibly located, from the apartment on the upper floor there is a beautiful view of the bay. Well equipped kitchen. House with potential.

No running water for about two days. Water leaks around the toilet bowl, apartment prepared for two people (towels, bedding), reservation was for three. Rubble and a pile of old boards with nails in the yard.

The Location of the property was great. The local town/village had everything you needed. The apartment was large and a great view of the harbour.

I don’t usually have any negative feedback for places. But, think I need to mention the following. Although there was air conditioning the A/C unit didn’t seem big enough for the large apartment. Maybe if there was a fan or two that would have made a big difference to create some air circulation and made the night a lot more comfortable. We were surprised to read in the handbook that the owner would charge for electricity once 10Kw had been reached per day! A little unfair as the A/C would use more than this if on all day n night! It was hot in this apartment!! Also, I thought the bedding (pillows) could do with being replaced. Did have a greasy head kinda smell. Not nice.

Lovely location and view. Spacious clean studio. Trou d'eau Douce is a great safe village with friendly folks. The Iles aux cerfs & waterfall are a must see, we went with Sirena Cruise who are right next to the villa. It was a really good day out. The Green Island restaurant is to be recommended. The entrance to the villa grounds looks like a grassy track so don't dismiss it as the entrance! We would return.
