Mar y Montana House by Gloove

El apartamento es amplio, bonito y con unas vistas excepcionales. La piscina es pequeña, pero en Julio estaba casi vacía. La zona donde se encuentra es tranquila y muy arbolada. Hay una playa a 2', pero tenía muchas algas y era de piedras (como todas las del Altea). La playa de la Olla, que es bastante mejor que la de la Solsida, está a 5', después de un puerto donde pueden alquilarse embarcaciones

No hay restaurantes ni tiendas a las que se pueda ir andando, pero son solo 5' en coche a los restaurantes de la playa de L'olla y 15 a la parte antigua

Hard to get in as the electric key is pretty sensitive and doesn't work if the process is not done quickly. Once we got in and got a manual key we thought our problem is sorted but nothing like this as the manual key was very worn out. Kitchen was missing a table and was purely equipped.

The views are unbelievable. Waking up to the see makes you have a wonderful day

The system with codes & bluetooth to open the 3 doors that you need to go trough to get in in the appartment was was very annoying. I never worked well + we ran out of battery in the phone one day & stayed locked out of the apartment. On the other hand we hired the property because of the swimming pool & it was under repairs & the property didnt tell us

Very very noisy. Hot water problem in shower. Difficult to find the appartement and to open it when you don’t know your way.

Nice big apartment, comfy beds. Mostly quiet. Beautiful views over the sea and the Altea Hills. The English speaking Gloove representative was very helpful.

It's a private residential apartment block so the loungers in the photos are privately owned. Unless you bring your own loungers or are willing to buy some and leave them behind, you can't sunbathe around the pool. The place was mostly clean, but there were issues such as crumbs in the kitchen drawers and popcorn under the sofa. The kitchen is basically equipped. It may sleep six but the sitting/dining room really only seats four, and the balcony seats five. The balcony is a sun trap. However, there are public bins next to the complex (they don't show you this in the photos) so the sound of people dumping their garbage is something of a feature, but not too often. You'll need a car, there is nowhere within walking distance. The beach is not a beach, it's a strip of dried seaweed. Management of Gloove don't understand the concept of the guests being present for the security check on which the release of your security deposit depends.
