"Great location"

Excellent location and very reasonable price for the area. Very handy getting a parking space

Room was a bit small and layout a bit awkward ( not easy watching TV so moved bed) but for the price would go again. Seagulls didn't sleep.

"Ideal place for a few days stop over ."

This is everything you need to make a stay a great one in Plymouth. If you are exploring the area or here for work this place.is ideal. Check in so efficient. room has everything you need to make yourself dinner/tea nice beds in a convenient sized room . There are laundry and parking facilities whats a bonus and tesco right next door . The views of the hoe where amazing and so close to center like a 3 minute walk formally your essentials.

There was a minor incident but this was not the hosts or property fault
