"Ein paar sehr schöne Tage in einem ansprechenden Quartier!"

Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral (max. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Arena bzw in die Altstadt), ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es war "alles" vorhanden, was man so benötigt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch eine Vielzahl an diversen Bars/Cafes und anderen Lokalen. Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück hinter dem Auto.

Erwähnenswert ist, dass sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß an einer hochfrequentierten Straßenkreuzung befindet. Folglich war der Verkehrslärm schon beträchtlich ... Etwas mühsam fand ich auch, dass man zuerst in die Wohnung hinein muss um dort den Schlüssel für die Einfahrt zum hauseigenen Parkplatz abholen zu können - was aufgrund der generellen Parkplatz- und Verkehrssituation in Verona (kurzes Anhalten ist quasi unmöglich) herausfordernd war.

Lokacija. Blizu centra grada,komforan stan,mjesto za parkiranje i sve na dohvat ruke.

Nema balkona. Ovo nije nista specijalno važno,ali ja volim balkone/vrtove nekakvu vanjsku površinu.

"Thoroughly enjoyed."

The apartment is very spacious and fresh. 2 good sized shower rooms was a real perk. Great location next to the train/bus station and easy access to all main attractions.

The property is on a busy road and traffic noise can be heard from inside. But it’s an acceptable level of noise.
