GBIt was very central and closed to the centre and walking distance to Stonehenge.
The bed was not comfortable and old, the tap was loose. And no fan in the room when it was extremely hot in the room.

REL emplacement, 10mn a pied de la baie de Plymouth.
Bâtiment vétuste, literie défoncé, salle de bains vieillotte et moquette tachée. Baie vitrée ne ferme pas. Cher pour prestation.
GBI’d like to put in a complaint about the sea view apartments. First of all it was called opal villas and it was so difficult to find, we searched for over 35-45 minutes and when we arrived at opal villas had a really horrible odour. We tried to contact the reception team but the number was not accepting calls! From the outside of the property there were alcohol dependant individuals that were sat outside and drugs were also been smoked on the side of the premises. There was no where to park our vehicle for our intended 2 nights which wasn’t reassuring for us considering the area and the type of clientele. When we entered our room, it smelt mouldy, The bed was marked up it was so small you could barely fit 2 of us in it and it was very uncomfortable!!! The TV was so small you could only watch it from the little lounge area with a sofa that had scuff marks and smelt fusty. the facilities were horrendous. It felt like we had been conned into going to somewhere that looked really lovely when in actual fact was the complete opposite. We paid 140 to stop for 2 nights and had to leave as soon as we arrived and booked into another hotel, which was the ibis which cost us yet another £183 because the standards were so appalling. We would very much appreciate if we could arrange a full refund as this was far from what we were expecting.

GBGood position for the town centre and the Barbican and sea front. The room was a good size, with a welcome pack which was nice.
The toaster and microwave were not in a good condtion. Bed was rather uncomfortable.
