Convenience of area

Thick dirt in the AC duct in bedroom blowing directly over the bed. Would've appreciated it if they were at least cleaned inside, specially after requesting it and pointing out that I had lung issues. I had to purchase and install some temporary filters myself for use during my stay.

That the unit was on the 2nd floor Only accessible by stairs This wasn't pointed out in the listing of the property My wife and I are in our 80s.she has Dementia and I have bad knees Had it been listed as 2nd floor i would not have booked it
