Apartment was in a great location with a wide variety of eating establishments from breakfast, coffee to evening meals. It was very clean, and as we stayed in October heating was excellent in property as it could be adjusted very easily. We had no issues at all with noise on the square - were pleasantly surprised.

Mixed information re refuse disposal in information book. Shaver point in bathroom would have been helpful.

Excellent appartment, comfortable, very comfortable bed, very clean. Private parking. over looks the town square which make you feel "part of Ripon"

Excellent location, great facilities clean and hygienic. Was very well equipped.

Everything was good, apart from the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.
