Very comfy bed. Slept really well! Kitchen fully equipped. Excellent location, overlooking the high street. Very calm, homely feel to the apartment.

Every time you parked your car round the back, you then had to climb two sets of stairs outside to access the apartment. Not practical for anyone with mobility issues, such as my husband. Should have been clearer in the advertisements. Also, having so many 'polite reminders' about clearing out by 10 am, including a card in a stand by the TV throughout the whole stay, did not feel terribly welcoming. One text message the night before would have sufficed. The shower is also not terribly practical as it is really difficult to avoid standing on the plug, which then closes it. More toiletries for a three night stay for two people would have been appreciated. Also, many properties offer their clients a welcome hamper, which we didn't get. Not a deal breaker for me, but would have been nice. Whilst very clean overall, the cushions in the living room are a little stained and one had hairs on it. Need replacing. Extra little touches could transform this property from very good to excellent.

The property was right in the centre of Ripon and was really well presented.

The only thing was all the stairs to get in and out but that was because I was with two others, one of who is classed as disabled and another who has arthritic knees. This was my mistake for not doing enough research! But I had no issue with the access.

Location over looking the market place

Apartment location was good with pubs, restaurants nearby. It was clean with everything you'd need.

Could be a bit noisy but to be expected as in the market square. The taxi telephone speaker ringing constantly was very annoying, especially as it wasn't being answered.

The apartment was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect for town centre and nearby wedding venue. Ideal that there is a parking space available. Ellie from Finest Retreats was very helpful sorting out our checkout time at the last minute! Lovely stay.
