Two Bed Flat White Star Place

I can’t say that I liked anything about it.

1. The description provided is incorrect for the following reasons: there are two locks on the wall and no indication which one to use. The parking where the box is does not display the number you are supposed to find. 2. Once you solve these two mysteries, the lock key provided is not what they say but another one listed later. 3. The key in the lock is for the front door downstairs and that is not mentioned anywhere, it is for you to figure out. 4. If you pass these three steps then you are in the building - they could mention that it is on the top floor but to keep you going they do not, it is for you to figure out. 5. You finally get to the door and realise that the description is again misleading and not obvious how to use. But if you crack all these codes you are finally inside - congratulations if you get this far. Mind you, no assistance will be provided even if you reach out to them. Anyway, you made it into the flat which looks and feels like a ran down university pad where lots of parties where held and now they decided it to let it out for punters like us. Don’t be fooled - the freezer door handle might get stuck in your hand, the balcony door has a rather interesting way of opening it, the bath is chipped in several places and the clean is superficial. Cutlery to be washed thoroughly before use and if you hear little mice feet just imagine it’s not in the room but either on the balcony or on the ceiling above you. The carpet should just be replaced everywhere along with all the beds and living room furniture. I could go on, but simply put : do not stay here, for this money you get a fab clean room in a hotel.

The codes were not provided for key lock, parking bay impossible to find as again not behind the building but to the right and not marked (see photo). We were running for an hour trying to find it, 3 calls to their No. finally the third person helped. At that point we were so stressed out and ready to leave.

This is a flat that has been let out for a long time, it’s a housing/council estate with one/two private blocks. Worn out, dirty, smelly carpets and upholstery, horrendous check in. 4th floor no lift.

We had no hot water in the property we had. Call the plumber

There was rats out side the property
