Perfect location!! Close to Sally’s Apizza 😋

Great location, spacious and well lit rooms with lovely furniture and a very clean feel. Very modern feeling and felt very secure.

Closets were a little difficult to access and although tea/coffee maker was listed, only coffee machine was at the property which wasn’t suitable for making tea

The space was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, warm, and inviting.

The kitchen could benefit from some retrofitting. A baking tray could replace a toaster. An air fryer above the oven could replace both a microwave and a toaster

The pictures look more modern on the site then in person

new (window) air-condition units, kitchen utensils, some new furniture and decoration (displayed on photos)

The apartment overall is shabby, with chipping bath-tub, tiles coming loose, doors and frames chipping off, old kitchen cabinets, entrance hall of the building very dirty (apartment owner claims it is not his responsibility, the apartment itself was clean). We have stayed in several other places in New Haven and never had an apartment in such bad condition. The touch ups made do not justify the price.
