Location.

Power outage meant no lights, cooking, and probably water. Communication with host difficult due to language barrier. Deemed unsafe to stay there due to steep stairs to second bed so had to return to stay with friends near Malaga. Unable to contact booking.com. Also meant losing Renee train fares. All up an expensive non-stay in Seville.

If you're okay with sharing the kitchen and bathroom and staying with the owner on the upper floor, this is the perfect choice to have a room in a lovely, beautifully decorated, and sparkling clean home. The owner is very kind and care person, easy to get along with, and she keeps the common area in perfect and clean condition. It doesn't matter how many people are in the house; everything is perfect every minute. It was our first time renting a room in a house, and everything was just perfect.

There's nothing to dislike if you're only looking to rent a room.

The room is extremely clean and beautiful. The staff is very helpful. The position is wonderful and it is close to the scenic spots.

Didn’t like having to share thebathroom

Wonderful location and the staff were most helpful in recommending local restaurants and bars. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The apartment is set back from the main street and it was very quiet in the evenings. Great value for money. I would highly recommend it.
