We had checked in around 10 30pm on Nov 30th 2024 and was asked to pay 5k for each room however they asked us to vacate at morning 11: 30. The staff who informed me about timing mentioned the check out was at 11 :30 pm .. when I questioned the staff he denied saying he said 11 30 pm.. they charged us 1000 extra for 1 room just because we vacated post 11 am.. not very good place to plan your stay

What they had promised they didnt give that type of service and it was a bad experience.Room quality was also not good

Beware of the Scam: Golden Rice Resort – A Total Nightmare If you're planning a trip to Golden Rice Resort, think again. This so-called "resort" is nothing short of a disaster. From the moment you step foot on the property, you'll realize you've been scammed. Forget the clean, pristine rooms you saw online. The reality? Filthy accommodations, stained linens, and grimy bathrooms. There isn't even a decent toilet to use, and trust me, you'll be regretting every second you're stuck here. The lack of basic facilities is appalling. You won't find a single water bottle in sight, let alone room service. Need a mosquito repellent? You're on your own. Golden Rice Resort has absolutely zero care for guest comfort. And yes, you’ll have to carry your own luggage because the staff clearly thinks they’re too important to help. Speaking of the staff—prepare for an attitude more towering than Mount Everest. Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in assisting guests, they’ll make you wish you’d never booked a stay. It’s almost as if their goal is to make you as miserable as possible. The cherry on top? All those gorgeous pictures you saw online are completely fake. The resort does not look anything like what’s advertised. The “positive” reviews? Paid for. They’ve clearly invested more in buying fake reviews from social media engagement groups than in providing any real service. Don’t fall victim to this travesty. If you value your money, time, and sanity, avoid Golden Rice Resort at all costs. Save yourself the headache, and don’t be lured in by their deceptive online presence. Your vacation deserves better. Avoid this scam!
