The Mount by Greene King Inns

The room was big and comfortable and had a bath witch was lovely I had a really nice hot long bath and felt safe with the rails to hold on to when getting out

There was nothing I can say that I didn't like

The room was perfect for what we needed whilst visiting a nearby pool tournament. We have booked the same room again for later in the year.

Room only laid out for one person so had to ask for extra things Bath room washroom.things very little left. Had broken ankle and found going to ground floor right down a problem when asked could I change rooms said full So had to manage . Dinner room /Bar First class service 🙌 Staff were really helpful and friendly 🙂 Definitely a fab team. Hats off to them Tables cleared and kept spotless at all times.

Going down to the very bottom to our room with my broken ankle and not being able to change room Lack of facilities in bathroom and room only made up for one. Did get extra cuo glasses after asking

Clean, tidy, secure and convenient with everything we needed with friendly and helpful staff.

It was a tiny bit tired in places if you looked carefully like in the corners of the bathroom.

It was well signposted, easy to navigate too. The staff in both the check in desk, along with the pub bar staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

N/A - a lovely experience

The hotel was close to the M6 & M58, so ideal for a stopover when travelling.

The bathroom needed updating, the tap for changing the water from bath to shower was virtually immovable, and when it did there was a hole in the hose to the shower.
