"Wonderful staff, beautiful scenery, great location great value"

We were in town for a wedding, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The location was perfect beautiful hotel. Very eco-friendly.

Breakfast could’ve run a little later to 1030 instead of 930

"Wonderful jungle atmosphere hotel, delicious food, highly recommend"

Everything was wonderful, from location, atmosphere breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Comfortable and clean, felt like home. Ended up staying an extra night. Highly recommend. Short walk from center shops, restaurants, small artisan markets.

That they didn’t have any information about Amazon Tours. Ended up getting a recommendation from the hotel next door. Highly recommend Native Jungle Travel Agency Patricio was the best guide.

"Worst hotel experience ever"

There was some festival ongoing just next to the hotel : we got very loud, boem-boem music until 03:15 in the morning, it was impossible to sleep. We realize that the hotel did not organize the festival, but they should warn customers about it, or even close the hotel for 1 night. Now this was an extremely bad experience.
