Like in the pictures. Nice and spacious (disability access). Supermarket near by (1min by Walk). They send a link to open the door, so you MUST have internet while you’re there, otherwise it can be an issue)!

Neighborhood not the most friendly as someone wrote on our door « Tourist go home » and put some glue on the keyboard (see picture). We really felt unsecure after that, especially as we were with our baby. The staff was supposed to find a solution for us but they didnt do anything, except cleaning the words. It is supposed to be a surveillance camera outside but nothing… Also, some people waited and smoked in front of our door during the night (cigarette butts in front of our door). The communication with the emergency number was really poor and inexistant (we asked a question at 7pm and nobody answered us, even the day after!). No windows except the door, so there is no natural light in the morning, you cannot ventilate if you are doing a laundry.

Nice location and interesting choice of access via the link. Very convenient but also risky if you lose phone / run out of battery etc. Great kitchen and very clean overall.

Minor item - some basic washing tablets / powder should be made available given the washing machine is on the premise - so one doesn't have to buy a new one each time. Beware the lack of a window - not an issue for me but might be an important aspect during the hot months.

I liked that it was decorated with good quality furniture and appliances. Bathroom was functioning well, everything was new and clean. Also the location is good, right outside the city centre, but close to bus stops. Parking nearby is also available.

Pillows were high and uncomfortable. We changed the cover on some decorative pillows on day 2. Also, a bit unusual to me that the apartment door is right on the street. It does have its advantages, not passing through many doors, potentially straits etc, but it also means that if you want some fresh air, you need to keep the door open with people passing by on the sidewalk. Luckily it was the cold season, so we didn’t need to keep the door open too much, and the place is equipped with AC. Also, it was not too loud outside, so we could sleep during the night.

The place is very clean and newly renovated which makes it nice. Everything is new and fully equipted.

There are no physical keys. doors Lock/unlock with the app in your phone. If your phone is stolen or ran out of battery you wont be able to get in the property. No windows, there is tempered glass doors and the flat is on the street so you can see people passing by and might feel a bit exposed. Also, too many phone numbers and instructions how to contact the property. Different phone numbers for everyday and another one for out of office hours. You can only message on whatsapp, but no calls on whatsapp, as for guest this makes a lot of confusion.
