Sakan 5-Star Quality Condotel

The apartment was as clean as anyone could dream of. (I have experienced worse in expensive hotel) The owner/host clearly does his best to keep a high standard. We didn't explore the pool or other amenities, so unfortunately I can't share any opinion about that. The bed was very comfortable, and gave us a perfect nights sleep. Location is good. 100P taxi ride and you are at MoA. Taxis are available either right outside, or a short walk around the corner. 24h Guarded parking right across from the front door. Plenty of Chinese and Korean diners/restaurants outside if you crave a meal, and a convenient store in building 1 if you want beers and snacks. Almost no traffic noise from the surrounding roads, except from a couple of big bikes having fun at Roxas or Edsa. Wonderful firm bed. Just as good as the ones at expensive hotels. And the same for the bed sheet. Fresh smelling and crispy clean. Plenty of entertainment on the big TV if you don't want to roam around outside.

Jed is by far the best host ever!! Super friendly, helpful, fast response time and everything else positive :) Additionally the interior is very cozy and modern and the blanket is the softest we ever had! Everything you need is just around the corner - delicious restaurants, cheap laundry, 24h supermarket, giant mall etc. - excellent stay and highly recommended :)

Jed is very accommodating. He answered all of my queries. The room is very cozy. The unit is clean and well-maintained and smells good, too. If given the chance I will come back there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire place is cozy, very clean and well maintained. Unit has all the essentials that we need.. With complimentary bottled water and coffee. :) Our host Jed is very friendly and accommodating, he responded to my queries right away and even accommodated my request for early check-in.. Overall this is a good place to stay.. :)
