The location and staff were great. It was very quiet and the setting was super.

The pools were great, although tiles around them very slippery. Nice and easy location to get out and do things!

The restaurant was so far from the room, we didn't bother going. It was not a very exciting breakfast menu in any case. Not worth the trouble. We went out for a much nicer breakfast even though breakfast was included.

The walkways, the pool area were filthy. There were no hand or face towels for two days. They attempted to double bill us for the room even though the room was prepaid through Booking.com. I had to show the receipt and still had a problem checking out as they wanted to confirm we paid the correct amount. They are woefully understaffed and the restaurant is so far from the rooms and the pool by the time room service was delivered the food was cold and the ice cream melted. The hotel needs major work. Remotes needed batteries, lamps needed fixing and there were no coffee cups in the room.

Room was old because of low maintenance, worms here and there. Found a dead rat in the pillow box. Room phone doesn’t work. Remote of AC doesn’t work. Swimming pool is full of small worms and dirt. The room service person is so irresponsible that threw away my medicine and conditioner bottle though returned next day from the housekeeping bin. There were no particular employees in the hotel. At night the reception was empty, couldn’t ask for anything emergency. No particular security, so anyone can enter into the hotel premises anytime. Food was average.

The location was great, a little paradise in a busy city. Perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was average but we came in off season. The staff was very nice but did not speak much English, so the communication was a little difficult. With google translate we manage ok. The swimming pool was nice and warm and a very good size

The service was not the top but I suppose we were off season and they were not fully staffs. We did not mind too much

Excellent location. A paradise within the concrete jungle of Pattaya.

I love this place with its traditional Thai house style cottages. The party pool is set among an exotic garden home to about 15 peacocks. The resort might need a face-lift in 5-10 years.
