"Felt cheated and unsafe."

We were asked to make an advance payment for booking confirmation. Even after doing this, we were denied a room at the hotel, and we were asked to stay at another property of the same owner, which was 4 km away from the actual booked room. There, the room offered was not at all safe for a family to stay. The room door was directly accessible from the main gate. Staff were also so arrogant to admit that they intentionally showed false property details online. Couldn't even take a bath there as the bathroom ventilation was open to the window of the apartment next door.

"A great stay"

The staff was courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Overall it's worth the money
