Although it was New Year’s, I feel obligated to leave this review because my experience with this apartment was terrible. I have never experienced anything like this before. I felt completely scammed and deeply frustrated. First, the apartment’s name and address did not match the booking details. When my family arrived at the listed address, the security guard and nearby residents had never heard of the apartment (The exact name is 1 Medini Condominium) . The map location was inaccurate. We tried calling and messaging the phone number provided, as well as sending messages through the booking platform, but received no response. There were no check-in instructions at all. We waited outside the building for about three hours (5:00 PM–8:00 PM) with no assistance. Second, although my check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM on February 15, 2026, I received a message that morning thanking me for staying—before I had even arrived. Third, the manager (Mr. Stayrene) claimed he contacted me via WhatsApp, which I rarely use. By the time I saw his message at 9:00 PM—only asking for my passport details to make registration - I had already been forced to book another hotel for my family. He had not provided any check-in instructions despite full payment. Only after I complained did he send the correct location, which turned out to be the same building where I had waited for hours. It was too late. This is extremely unprofessional and feels fraudulent. I am a loyal Booking.com customer and am very disappointed that my complaint was not properly handled. I strongly advise others to be very cautious when booking this apartment.

No water filter, owner should have installed one ( at least a basic / the simplest water filter available ). Nearby shops ( which are scarce) are closed, we reach there late and too thirsty. We dont drink from unfiltered tap water. Or at least leave us with a litre bottle of mineral water. This is so crucial indeed. Pls take note.

Parking very difficult to exit as the exit is narrow

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out easy. The location was great and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
