Sunshine Court Apartment No 2

The apartment is quiet - although the main street is nearby, the noise does not reach. In the room with 2 beds, the mattresses are hard but comfortable. We did not try the third bed - we cannot comment. The kitchen has tools, equipment - everything is there, but it should be replenished. We found only one glass for wine.

The location is great. Right opposite the Sliema ferries bus stop with connections everywhere. Great restaurants including halal, veg, vegan options, general stores, shopping etc. Just footsteps from the water front and the vintage bus ride and hop on hopp off as well as airport buses. You can't fault the location. . I loved that it was a period property so you get to live like a local, though inside its clean and modern and spotless in the flat itself. The host also answered all our queries before we left UK.

The directions provided state sunshine Court, 2. This is a bit misleading. As I had no Internet I had to ask a local resident for help. This is door number 60 located in the middle of two doors with plates reading sunshine Court 1 and sunshine Court 2 the middle door has 4 flats and this is flat 2. So maybe the host should make this a bit clear. The road it's on its Triq santa rita that's between marks and Spencer and matalan stores. That's a simpler location identifier for people just off the airport bus at the Sliema ferries bus stop. However the 2 local were great and extremely helpful as was the host. Even so the lovely local man who spoke on the phone to the host took a few minutes to figure out that it was the middle door and not the door whose plate read sunshine Court 2 because the key code was obviously not working for it. we eventually got checked in. No issues after that. Things I would like this property to have that would help make the place even better, are a microwave oven and tiebacks for the curtains. The apartment surpassed our expectations — very spacious, perfectly located, and thoughtfully equipped with adapters. Communication with the host was excellent. If I come back to Malta, I’ll definitely stay here again

Alloggio perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! Posizione strategica, comoda per spostarsi ovunque. Pacevillee a 10 minuti nemmeno di distanza con auto. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario, ben curato e accogliente. Un dettaglio molto apprezzato: gli adattatori già presenti in casa. Appartamento fornito di due bagni comodissimi. Biancheria intima in abbondanza. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con disponibilità e cortesia da parte dell’host. Assolutamente consigliato!

We especially liked that the location was convenient for our needs, with everything important nearby. Also, the apartment is spacious and offers plenty of room.

The biggest downside of this place is the trash simply put, in Malta, garbage is left out on the streets. For the first three days, we literally had to step over piles of garbage at the entrance of the building, accompanied by an unbearable smell. The scheduled check-in time was not respected, the apartment was not cleaned by 2 PM as promised, and we found the cleaner still inside. Also, the apartment was not properly cleaned, some areas still had visible traces from previous guests, such as hair and similar.

Spre deosebire de mare parte dintre cazarile din Malta aici NU miroase a mucegai. Dotari complete ( masina de spalat, aragaz, frigider mare, vesela completa ) Un mare plus ca apartamentul are 2 bai fiecare cu boilerul ei, deci nu ne-am aglomerat la baie si nici nu am avut probleme sa se termine apa calda. Comunicare foarte buna cu administratorul indiferent de ora.

Una dintre saltele ar trebui neaparat inlocuita. Parca dormeai pe țambal ( si ca zgomot si cum se simtea ) cred ca arcurile erau desprinse.
