Lovely house. . Very warm comfortable and had everything we needed.

As the living area is upstairs I felt it would be great if there was a bathroom upstairs too

A short walking distance into the center of Lahinch. With two couples traveling together, having an apartment made for an enjoyable evening together.

For Americans who are unfamiliar with the European hot water, electrical and door locking systems, trying to do simple things like locking the door and taking a shower were frustrating. There needs to be a manual at the apartment with directions on how to operate these basic features. I do have to say that our host was responsive when we had a problem. One other simple thing that I want to mention to improve the guest experience is the need to clean the lint filter on the clothes dryer. We had trouble getting our clothes to dry having put the through several drying cycles until we realized that the lint filter was completely full. Otherwise, we had no complaints with the cleanliness of the apartment.

We loved the location with a short walk to town and to the beach. The town itself is wonderful with plenty of food options for all ages.

The common bathroom shower would not keep hot water. Some of us took a cold shower or turned it off and then waited awhile to turn it back on for hot water. It wouldn't last long.

The location of this lovely holiday home was ideal for our trip. Diana was very helpful and the home was comfortable and relaxing. A clean home with all the necessities we could ever need.
