Apartament Nowa Motława & SPA

The location is absolutely perfect. 10 minutes from the main old town. Very nice, modern building. Very easy contact with the host and picking up the keys was a no-brainer. Small convenient shops are just 5 min away, you can almost get there in your slippers. Small coffee and sandwich shop open early morning. You can sit at the river to relax in the evening. Overall I definitely would stay in that location again.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The floor was not mopped or hovered after previous guests. Hair in bed.

Clean, comfortable, nice location

There was almost no shampoo it the shampoo bottle. The host refused to fill it up and I had to go to buy it in a grocery store (which only head one cheap shampoo as an option)

Nice to have an apartment. Was fairly close to the centre.

It was so hard to find it took us nearly an hour to find and could have done with having a cooker rather than a hob.

Location

Bathroom cleanliness not up to the mark. Water drainage in the shower was not so clean and functional.

The room was big, comfortable, well equipped, had free coffee and tea. Lovely spa access. Super comfortable bed, big and modern bathroom. Lovely terrace. Helpful customer service

We had a miscommunication issue about the usage of the spa facilities. It's allowed to be used for 1 hour during your stay and you need to book the time ahead of time, and only during the day of arrival, those rules are perfectly reasonable but I think it'd be better if it was described on the hotel booking page or through a message once the booking is made.

A modern apartment in a new house, located on a island, just a few minutes away from the very centre. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The spa was also very good.

It said river view in the booking confirmation, but you could only see the inner courtyard from the window. Though it was of course very quiet because of this.

the swimming pool is a great addition!
