Finest Retreats - The Moelwyn

Location is great for exploring the area and close to the town with good facilities/ shops etc. The house was spacious and really well equipped. Clean, comfy beds, a great kitchen. All around a really cosy welcoming space to be in. We would definitely come back in future. The finest retreat team have been fantastic in dealing with our queries during our stay.

It looked neat

It was very dirty, every towel was dirty. There were spiders everywhere and we had no privacy as the windows in the kitchen was not covered up at all so the neighbours next door and over the street were able to look in and at some point the neighbour over the road was watching us. We were charged for damages that we did not do and as we do not have any evidence of this we could not detest this. The games room light did not work at all and the by the back door the walls and ceilings were dripping with water and the floor was so wet the dogs did not want to step in. The back and under the cushions on the sofa had ever so much dog hair and the small cushions had a couple stains on it. We wish we had taken photos of this as then we would not have been in such a situation.
