Estudiotel 95 Centro Alicante

I have been to this building several times before. The location is good and convenient for the amenieties I enjoy. I very much enjoy the balcony that gets the morning sun and throughout the day. The A/C was set at a comfortable temperature and could be adjusted using the fan power. The bed was comfortable - slept well. Pleanty of elec socket outlets. Room decor and kitchen very smart (best I have been in for this building). Washing m/c and dryer provided very convenient especially for longer stays. Good shower. Modern hob and microwave provided for convenience. I made good use of the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor.

I would have liked recliner chairs on the balcony. Host provided better chairs than existing however they were upright. Simple instructions to operate washing m/c would have been good. A couple of coffee pods for coffee m/c would have identified the correct pods to use. Simple instruction would also have been helpful.

This was a great apartment in a great location. Really clean and had everything we needed. We had only booked one night but could easily have styed for a week. Excellent communication from host and they were very kind in letting us check-in early. We would definitely stay again.

The balcony was lovely but thin screens would make it perhaps not as private as some places, although this was not a problem at all for us as there didn't seem to be anyone staying in the apartments either side of us.

La ubicación.

En las fotos parecía que estaba en buen estado, pero las persianas, puerta de la terraza, cortinas, ducha, techo del baño… necesitaban arreglos o actualizaciones. Se oía mucho el ruido de fuera y había alguna cucaracha… arrrrrg…

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Lage war gut.

La situació, perfecte. Els estris de cuina l lavabo molt bé. Bons detalls d arribada,cafè, herbes.

Problemes d ascensor.Molts apartaments i pisos. I ducha ,cuina i lavabo els hi falta un repàs per engolir l aigua.

Great location within easy walking distance of town centre, shops,restaurants,market,beach,castle, bus and tram stops. And 20 min bus/taxi from airport. Balcony has sun on it all day. Small but perfect for 2 people to stay. Double and sofa bed comfy. Has everything you need.

Some noise from next door apartments and not the prettiest view from the balcony but as you’d expect from a city apartment in a tower block. .

Lovely apartment in an downtown location about five blocks back from the seafront it will take you approximately 15 minutes to walk to the harbour and just over that to walk to the beach it's also only around 20 minutes away from the elevator that takes you up to the castle Santa Barbara. It took us just over 15 minutes to walk from the bus station and the train station is around the same distance away. There is a large well stocked supermarket about two blocks over a short walk from the apartment. You will be staying on the 6th floor at apartment 95. There are two elevators you can use or the stairs if you're feeling energetic. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well there is a key box on the door frame and they will supply you with a code to open the box where your key will be., The apartment is well equipped the kitchen has everything you will need there is a hob and a microwave which also has an oven facility. The fridge has a small freezer and utensils plates cups and glasses are supplied. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bed was very comfortable and there is a sofa bed which is also comfortable.,The balcony is a decent size and has a dryer so you can dry some of your clothes and a chairs and table. The view is mostly a city view with a partial sea view but a lovely view to your left of the Castle., you are in a 30-story building one of the tallest in Alicante so no one is looking across at you from the balcony and you are looking down onto rooftops so a nice bit of privacy.
