The location is good as well as the view from the dining room.

The appartment is poorly maintained (doors not closing, curtains out of rail, windows mechanisms are problematic, broken floor tiles, shower door fell off and more). The owner was aware of the issues (why didn't he fixed them beforehand?) and offered that he will instruct us over the phone how to fix some of the things...after we explained that we are on vacation he sent someone to fix some of the problems. The building elevator is horrible, old and scary and fits only two people at a time (the appartment is on the 8th floor and we were 8 people meaning we had to make four rounds each time we came or left). There is low water pressure and the electricity is falling when you turn on more than two ACs. The price we paid for this 'luxurious' appartment was outrageous (the appartment is not luxurious at all). It was a mistake to book it. We thought that it will be like in the nice pictures and fancy brochure but it was not..

Loved the location and the size of the apartment with fabulous views over the park. Really appreciated the efficient air con!

The views are amazing.

The lift is a little hit and miss. Also bedrooms need mirrors.

Proprietatea e draguta, insa curatenia lasa mult de dorit. Pentru o cazare de 900 de lei pe noapte, nu este normal sa gasesti gandaci vii si morti in dormitoare. Si sa nu mai zic de faptul ca am chemati niste prieteni la noi in apartament sa povestim dupa ce am petrecut in centrul vechi si am fost taxati pe faptul ca am adus “extra-oaspeti”- 120$ din garantia de 200$

Beautiful apartments Qult on the eighth floor of a large building, a penthouse, the best location in the very center of the city, near the park, the apartments are extremely comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for life. The apartment has four bedrooms, one living room, a large terrace for family lunches and breakfasts, large kitchen which has everything including a dishwasher and a coffee machine that gave us a lot of happy moments in the morning. The apartments are very large and very spacious - there are two baths, that is, one shower room and one bathroom, which makes life much easier if you are visiting with a large group. The cleaning for free, which is very nice, but you must book it. Access to the apartment is very easy. All you need is a code. Just two codes. The furniture and furnishings are beautiful and modern. Everything is plentiful, the view from the terrace is amazing. This is a view of the parliament, you can see the whole city, there is a park nearby, the air is very fresh, and of course Bucharest itself is gorgeous. The city has stunning architecture, take a guide, take a minibus, go right from home on a trip to various beautiful places in Romania, to Transylvania. There are beautiful Brasov and Bran etc. The trip was very good and mostly of course due to the fact that when we returned we felt ourselves like home thanks very to the our apparent. I recommend everyone a vacation in Bucharest and live comfortably in the apartment Qult - The Renaissance Affairs.

The instructions for accessing the accommodation were super easy to follow, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The apartment's central location made exploring the city a breeze, and its spaciousness comfortably accommodated our group of seven friends. It's an excellent choice for group travelers. The reliable Wi-Fi and professional, responsive hosts further enhanced our experience. The standout feature, undoubtedly, was the breathtaking view from the apartment.

While we were initially hesitant about the substantial deposit requirement, the quick return of our deposit eased our concerns. It's worth noting that one of the rooms is essentially an extended balcony, which can become quite loud during windy weather and may not be ideal for light sleepers. Additionally, although the apartment itself is modern and renovated, the building it's housed in is on the older side, and the elevators can be a bit intimidating. Lastly, the water pressure in the accommodation left something to be desired.

The apartment was fantastic - it was well stocked with all the amenities we needed that you would expect in a five star hotel. Although the building itself is quite old, the apartment was beautifully decorated, had great water pressure, and had a perfect kitchen with all the necessary items. The four bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The dining area and one of the bedrooms had an amazing view of Bucharest, with very large windows. We particularly enjoyed having air conditioning in each of the rooms, which was much appreciated given the particularly warm weather in Bucharest during our stay. The apartment location is ideally situated next to the old town, with countless restaurants and places to see within a few minutes walk from the apartment. The beautiful park immediately adjacent to the building has a great playground for kids. We had excellent communication with the owners. during our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family reunion and the memories we made during our stay will last a lifetime.

Nothing. Although the building is old, the location and the upgrades in the apartment were fantastic. Highly recommend booking your stay at this apartment.

The views are breathtaking! The flat is enormous!, very clean and centrally located! The staff was always ready to help!

The lifts are a bit small, but that was not problem for us!
