Bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great. The location was also great.

1. Having to make the bed in the morning whilst on holiday, 2. Pots to cook were not available, 3. No one to provide an answer in case of query, 4. No iron and ironing board, 5. Room not cleaned for the duration of our stay. 6. Dirt bean not emptied.

The bathroom door could be better situated, but is a personal thing - suggest a sliding door rather (for consideration).

Best possible location in Hermanus. Just right for two people . Alex, the host was professional and an absolute pleasure to interact with regarding our arrival.

Location is perfect , check in was easy especially as it was a late booking. Bathroom was clean and lovely .

The accommodation and the location in central of Hermanus. The scenery of the ocean.

The noise of the pub close by, especially between 22:00 and 03:00- loud music, loud crowd and vehicles spinning and reffing.

The apartment is in the heart of the town, close to shops, restaurants and the whale viewing point. The parking was convenient and free. It was clean and modern . The bathroom was massive.

The room smelt of drains, so we had to open the windows. It was noisy due to being on the main road. The balcony had no view. The internet didn't seem very fast.
