Cosy Modern Cottage - Wareham

Great location in the centre of Wareham. The cottage has been beautifully renovated, and we loved it. It was perfect for our stay. Enough space for 4 people and all you could need. We used it as a base as visiting friends in Wareham and to visit the Dorset coast. It was a lovely cottage and we would book again next time we visit. Info that maybe useful - parking is literally next to the cottage in a public car park. It's free to park 18.00 to 08.00. You can put an app on your phone and pay for the morning hours up to 4 hours in total and costs around £3.50. You would need to do this if you're not planning on being out by 8am. We had no problem doing this. Be aware if you're not going to be out within 4 hours you do need to move the car to another car park literally 30 seconds walk away as you're only allowed 4 hours and then it stipulates a 1 hour window before you can repark in the same car park. It really is easy and straightforward, so don't let parking put you off. You can also look for on-road parking for free but we preferred the car park.

The twin bedroom does hear noise from the road as the windows are original and single glazed. You can also hear the church bells slightly. I would suggest taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper which I did, and you will be fine. If you sleep soundly like the rest of my family, you won't have any issues.

Parking public et payant. On peut se garer la nuit mais par contre la journée c'est plus compliqué de trouver une place.

The cottage was well located just off the high street, close to cafes and pubs. It was well furnished and equipped.

We found the beds uncomfortable and the pillows a bit hard. Parking was a few streets away unless you wanted to pay at the public car park behind the cottage.

Wareham is a a great little town with a lot to offer. This cottage was a great place for us to stay for 3 nights. It was very cozy and perfect for our party of 4. The owner was very communicative and everything was as we expected!

Some street noise from the shops at very early hours. Deliveries etc. but otherwise no issues. Parking is away from property. Either in long stay car parks which need a daily ticket to be purchased or in a street close by. But not guaranteed.

Great cottage that is well appointed and in a good location in town. Good communication from Ben throughout.

A very pretty cottage, beautifully renovated. Crisp, cotton bed linen on comfy beds. Could walk to everything in Wareham from this great location. Wish we could have stayed for longer!
