Diğer taraftan, binanın avlusu ve içi kötü durumda. Evsizler için yapılan sosyal konutları andırıyor. Mobilyalar ehil olmayan biri tarafından acemice monte edilmiş. Neyi tutsanız elinizde kalıyor. Tek oda olduğu için mutfak yatakla aynı yerde, balkon kapısı kilitli ve davlumbaz yok. Haliyle havalandırma problemi var. Odanın tavan lambası aydınlatma için yetersiz. Binanın avlusunun fotosu bookinge yüklenmiş olsaydı ve eşyaların montajı iyi yapılsaydı daha iyi puan alabilirdi.

Manca purtroppo completamente la manutenzione, di cui ci sarebbe un enorme bisogno a partire dalla porta finestra rotta, le sedie staccate, l’anta cadente, il telecomando andato, eccetera…
ITla casa era molto bella e spaziosa
La finestra era rotta e non si poteva aprire. L'unica aria entrava dal condizionatore, che mi ha fatto prendere una bella influenza. Avrei preferito saperlo in anticipo che il balcone non si apriva, avrei scelto un'altra casa.
