"Stuff are very nice breakfast quite good hotel are cleaning except the single bed is too small anyway I like this hotel"

Location is good

Reception staff are not flexible for delay check out. I know the policy, but I stayed around 10 days in the hotel. Should be flexibility with the guest.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable with a great view. Good location very close to the Gate of India. Lovely pool which made a huge difference to us who were not used to the heat. The breakfast was delicious. Thankyou

"It was a satisfactory experience."

The staff team was quite welcoming. The staff at the main entrance, those cleaning the rooms and assisting for breakfast were very helpful and pleasant.

The room was very small. Hair dryer was an old one and not functioning properly.
