3-Bedroom Family Holiday Home

On arrival, so easy and entering the property it was lovely to walk into. Very cosy, warm and exceptionally clean.

Excellent location and very clean, lovely home away from home.

A couple of the beds were very uncomfortable (main double bed and single bed on the 3rd floor) so staying more than 2 nights would have been a struggle.

They put alot of thought into their guests and the accomadation was sparkling clean. They communicated well, left simple clear instructions for our stay and were well stocked with toys, books & bored games to keep kids entertained. Would highly recommend

It was a fantastic house with everything you could want, loved the little extras, etc. milk, biscuits, tea, and coffee. Also, when you contacted them, you had a quick response. I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely stay here again 👍

Very clean and comfortable. Ideal for us as a family of 5 and 2 dogs. The rooms were big enough for everyone and there is a nice garden with seating area. Location is only a 20-25 min walk into Skegness or 10 mins on the bus, there is also an Aldi, M&S and pub only 5 min drive round the corner I would definitely recommend to friends & family
