Квартира велика, простора, чиста. Є все що потрібно. Ліжко зручне, постіль чиста,ковдра мʼяка. Розташування чудове. Є балкон і добре, що він виходить не на Хрещатик немає шуму від дороги. Велика ванна, біде.

Квартира велика і прогріти її одним кондиціонером не реально! Було холодно у квітні. У ванній є гідро масажна ванна, але наповнити її водою не реально, бо вестись бойлер лише на 50 літрів. Тиску води немає, шланг тече бо відсутня прокладка.
