J ai aimé l' environnement de l'hôtel par contre l'hôtel en lui-même est vieux et ne correspond pas à la catégorie 3*. Rapport qualité/ prix à revoir. Mon premier et dernier séjour dans cet hôtel

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, l’accueil du personnel et la literie.

Cet établissement aurait besoin d’un bon lifting, intérieurement et extérieurement. La moquette des chambres est défraîchie. Il faudrait remplacer la baignoire par une douche.

Really helpful staff. Room ok. Bed comfortable but was two singles put together. Very clean. Tea and coffee in room nice surprise.

très bon petit déjeuner

La propreté laisse à désirer : des toiles d'araignées étaient présentes derrière les rideaux et des poils ne nous appartenant pas traînaient dans la salle de bain. Côté confort, la climatisation est quasi inefficace et les chambres sont très mal isolées de l'extérieur.

La facilité d'accès, l'accueil, la pizza en dépannage....

un seul problème qui m'empêche de mettre 10: le 2eme soir( nous avions réservé 2 nuits), notre carte d'accès à la chambre n'a pas fonctionné, nous avons dû appeler le numéro d'urgence à 1h du matin et reveiller la receptionniste qui est venu nous ouvrir. Heureusement qu'elle était dans l'hôtel !!
