service was poor facilities are old and it was noisy til 2am

Location. in the middle of nowhere, away from the hustlw and bustle of the city

location and price. way too expensive and far from anybody. the only restaurant/ bar closes at 8:30pm!!!!!

The room assigned to us did met our expectation, AC was silent and room was tidy. Friendliness and politeness of staffs should be reinforced by training as part of management support.

The management should comply with the cleanliness of dinning area. The tent that we had our dinner and breakfast does not meet the standards based on DOT requirements. Spider webs on different corners and most part of the tent was dusty. During our dinner it is obvious that the 4 cheese pizza we ordered did not met our expectations, this pizza should be removed from the menu unless you have a competent staff to handle this type of food(photo attached). Tom yum soup does not have a lemon grass and spices. We have called the attention of Head Chef and he acknowledge the short comings , generously gave us a fruit platter. During our breakfast, we were expecting salad, however we ended up to limited choices knowing they have a budget as they have a big group that weekend. Staffs in the restaurant requires training about customers service. I can see the potential of the resort and staffs to progress plus be prepared for the coming season.
