Quite location and space for guests

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep properly. No linen for sofa bed. 2 doors Wardrobe was not fixed in main bedroom and entire wardrobe fall over to an elderly woman who got hurt on forehead. So I would like owner to contact me in this regard and request compensation. In kitchen floor infront of boiler found to be damaged and making tripping hazard.

We didn't like anything about this property.

This property is a death trap. Do not book it. There are no safety measures when it comes to furniture. There are two very old and unstable wardrobes in the main bedroom. Both are kept level by a wedge of wood under one side. Unfortunately one wardrobe fell on top of a 6 year old when she opened the door. Had she not opened the door she would have been killed. The host does not care. The facilities only catered for 4 (cutlery, glasses etc), there were 5 of us and that was made known at the time of booking. The supposed sofa bed was horrendous. It was not possible to sleep on it. I ended up sleeping on the floor. The blankets provided for the sofa bed had not been washed for us, they were stained and smelt of other people - to put it politely. There was a huge dint in the floor, which was covered by a chair, once i moved the chair to sit down the chair was too wonky to sit on as one leg was in the indent. There were not enough towels provided for us to have one each. The bathroom absolutely stunk of damp and mould. The window would not open. The heating wouldn't come on and we had to contact the host for help. It was absolutely freezing when we arrived. None of this mattered any more once the child was injured. I myself put my arm out to try and protect her and the wardrobe partially fell on my wrist. The child is so traumatised by this still. Booking.com have not been helpful. All I asked for what to be assured that the furniture would be secured to the walls so no one else gets hurt of worse. I still don't know if any of that has happened. I am so worried about it all, I always wonder how I would know if a child had been killed in this hell hole. EDIT - after owners response. Video taken of dangerously unsteady wardrobe and wooden pieces underneath. I just can't upload it. Owner hacked my disney plus account - my fault for not logging out of the tv properly. Disney have confirmed the location of the IP address and it matches the area.

Break fast was not included for my reservation, but all equipment were available for preparing breakfast and cooking lunch and dinner

Although there was four of us staying, there was only one bath towel and two hand towels and they were not clean. The bath towel had makeup stains on it and we also spotted makeup stains on the bedsheets. We were unable to connect to the WiFi due to the lack of network. The main door also had a dodgy lock and walls were also hollow, which meant we were woken up by noisy neighbours on a Sunday early morning.
