"Luxury and spaciousness within walking distance of central Rotorua."

Exceptional property. We couldn’t recommend it enough. It was exceptionally located; walking distance to restaurants and attractions, but in a quiet area. There were two coffee shops within walking distance early in the morning. The house itself was massive; very luxurious and spacious with one bathroom per bedroom. Everything was clean and staff were so quick at responding to queries. The ultimate luxury Rotorua stay for larger groups. Thank you so much for our visit!

"Dream home in Rotorua."

It is amazing. Nice outdoor table. Three bathrooms. Very Clean. Everything is new and in perfect condition. Great location. Secure car park on premises. House alarm.

It is the best place I have ever stayed in Rotorua. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. Just some friendly notes to make it really stunning. It wasn't an issue for our stay, as we visited in November, but for the summer, air conditioning would be a great option. One frying pan had a horrible scratch; it definitely should be replaced. A coffee machine would be a great addition to this level of the property.
