We were unable to fully enjoy this gorgeous home as it was very hot in Rotorua and there were only fans in the house...which made it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep.

This property did not disappoint, pictures are not staged it really looks like this. Very tasteful with all the yhings you need in a home. Kitchen is well fitted with all the pots and utensils you need. No expense spared here!!!

We were in Rotorua in very high temperatures. Each room had a dyson cool but we were unable to cool the spaces sufficiently with them. Air conditioning would had made this a more than outstanding experience.
