It was clean and comfortable.

We were only provided two towels and three washcloths for three people for a two night stay.

The apartment is very well located downtown Birmingham and the parking is easy-ish to find. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully furnished which would be great for a longer stay. We didn't use it since we only stayed one night.

The whole parking situation is not very convenient. We handled it fine but it's not for an elderly couple. Upon entering the parking, finding the proper door on the 7th floor is not easy (you have to cross over the floor as if you were exiting to find it, if that makes sense) and then you have one hour to grab the garage pass in your unit, exit the garage to validate said a pass and avoid parking fees. After that you can enter and exit with the pass for free. Upon departure, you have to exit the garage and if you have a passenger, they have to go back to into the apartment and leave the pass back on the counter. If you are traveling alone, you have to park your car somewhere on the street and do the same maneuver.
